A typical inspection should take about 6-8 hours to complete. This can vary, given the current condition and size of the unit, the accessibility of mechanical systems, and the availability of utility hookups.
We inspect the major systems of the RV unit. These include the Roof, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Appliances, and Interior. Our goal is to identify any existing major problems that would affect a typical buyer's decision to purchase.
If you are comparing inspection firms, the fee charged should not be the deciding factor unless the level of service offered is identical. Remember, you are considering a major purchase and your choice of RV inspector should be based on getting the best value, not just the best price.

Definitely! We encourage you to attend your inspection! We have found that the last 30 minutes or so for the inspection briefing is the most valuable learning experience for prospective buyers.
You do not have to take notes during the inspection. We will document everything in a written report. It is much better to follow up with the inspector at the end of the inspection, to ask any additional questions or concerns not previously mentioned.
Absolutely! You may want to bring some questions that you have regarding the unit during the initial communication stage. You should also feel free to ask these questions again at the end of the inspection.
We recommend that you not bring your family during the inspection; this is a technical evaluation, and you should focus on the inspector's comments - the fewer distractions, the better.
You do receive a written report. It would be unfair to ask you to remember all of the things we cover during a RV inspection. The report includes a summary of the condition of the unit and details on all the major systems. It is delivered within 24 hours after the inspection.

Our RV inspection team is ready to serve you quickly. However, when the sale of a RV unit is conditional on the results of an RV inspection, we recommend that you allow at least five business days to arrange for an inspection. The entire process from scheduling, to preparation for the unit for the inspection, on site inspection, and delivery of report should take this approximate amount of time. Our comprehensive approach to inspections requires the appropriate amount of time needed for our customers to receive the best product possible. We strive to only bring our best!
